Its been kind of a fun week.  I had been looking for a Chartreuse underglaze for a long time and I finally found one.  I threw a few cups to try it out on and I should have pictures of the finished products by the end of next week. On Saturday I took a beautiful drive down to Mountainair, New Mexico to try out a new art festival.  There were some interesting people there.  I met a guy that takes his goats on walks like you would walk your dog.

There was an Italian Ice vendor there called Pinky’s Italian Ice. They came down from Los Lunas, NM and had pretty good Italian Ice and really fun trailer.  I love snow cones and Italian Ice so I hope I run into them again.

For the next two Saturday’s I will be back at the Santa Fe Artist Market on Paseo de Peralta in the Railyard.  It was nice to try out a new festival but I am looking forward to being home again.
